I have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. I am a highly trained professional with 30 years across pharmaceutical, electronics, consumer products, and agriculture industries. Certified by the OSHA Training Institute and Education Center at the University of South Florida in Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry. Extensive experience in the development of Occupational Health and Safety Programs, Process Safety Management of Highly Hazardous Chemicals standards and environmental regulations. Trained as ISO 90001:2015 "Internal Auditor", and skilled in continuous improvement methods like Toyota Kata, alongside integrating smart digital technologies in line with Industry 4.0 principles.
